Superintendent Letter

A Letter from the Superintendent,

When Jesus told the Parable of the Sower, the seed never changed. The difference was always the soil. I believe the same is true of ministry.
The future of the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network will not ultimately be determined by better strategies, bigger events, or more programs. It will be shaped by the kind of soil we cultivate together and the culture we create every day through our words, our relationships, our decisions, and the way we love and treat people.
This culture guide isn’t just a handbook of policies or expectations. It’s an invitation. An invitation to build a culture where leaders flourish, churches grow stronger, and Kingdom impact lasts for generations. A culture where every pastor, minister, missionary, and guest feels seen, heard, loved, and cared for. A culture that wants more for people than from them.
Our commitment is simple: Healthy Leaders. Strong Churches. Kingdom Impact.
Everything else grows from there.
Thank you for helping cultivate the kind of soil where God can do what only He can do. I believe our greatest days are still ahead—not because of what we accomplish, but because of who we become together.

Welcome to the journey.

Shawn Reine
