Building faith, character, and servant leaders through adventure and brotherhood.
Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship (FCF) is a ministry of Royal Rangers that challenges boys and men to grow in their relationship with Jesus while developing outdoor skills, leadership, character, and a heart for service. Through camping, frontier skills, mentorship, fellowship, and spiritual challenges, FCF creates opportunities for the next generation to discover what it means to lead by example and live out their faith.
As part of the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network, the FCF Kit Carson Chapter brings together Royal Ranger leaders, boys, and families from across the region for adventure, skill development, fellowship, and meaningful Christian community. At the heart of FCF is a simple calling: “To Give and to Serve.”
One of the highlights each year is Family Camp at Camp Cedaredge, a whole-family gathering centered around fellowship, adventure, worship, and time together. The 2026 Family Camp will be held September 4–7 at Camp Cedaredge in Cedaredge, Colorado, providing an opportunity for families and friends to reconnect, make new memories, and experience the unique community of FCF.
FCF uses the traditions and challenges of the frontier to teach timeless values—courage, achievement, friendship, servant leadership, and woodsmanship—while encouraging each generation to become a light and a servant wherever God has called them.
Because adventure builds memories, mentorship builds character, and following Jesus builds a life worth living.
